Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a pitch, draft, or payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern guest posts, sponsored articles, advertorials, and backlink placements across our network.

Editorial Control & Publication Rights

• We may accept, edit, decline, move, archive, or remove content at any time—before or after publication—for grammar, clarity, structure, SEO, compliance, or business reasons.

• We may relabel, recategorize, or add disclosure tags (e.g., “Sponsored,” “Partner,” “Affiliate”) to comply with applicable regulations.

• Publication timing is not guaranteed.

Quality, Compliance & Prohibited Niches

• Submissions must be original, accurate, and plagiarism-free. AI-assisted content must be disclosed and is subject to additional review.

• We reject overly promotional or sales-heavy content unless pre-approved as sponsored.

• We do not accept content or links involving gambling, adult content, controlled substances (including cannabis/CBD), payday loans, firearms, hate, or other sensitive/high-risk categories we deem inappropriate.

• We may remove content or links deemed low-quality, spammy, misleading, unsafe, or non-compliant without refund.

• Over-optimized anchors, keyword stuffing, link schemes, or manipulative SEO tactics may be edited or removed.

Backlink Policy

• We reserve the right to edit anchors, add rel attributes (e.g., rel=”nofollow”/”sponsored”), or remove links for compliance or editorial reasons.

• Link destinations must have a clean reputation; high spam scores, malware, or deceptive practices are grounds for removal without refund.

• We do not guarantee specific placements, link counts, or permanence.

Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• All payments for guest posts, sponsored content, editorial fees, or link placements are final and non-refundable.

• Payments cover review, editing, formatting, communication, and publishing services—not outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions, indexing, or permanence).

• If a chargeback is initiated, 50% of the payment is retained for time and resources already expended. Any remaining amount, if applicable, may be prorated based on days the content was on our site.

Indexing, Rankings & Performance

• Search engine indexing, rankings, and performance are outside our control.

• No refunds or compensation will be provided for non-indexing, de-indexing, ranking drops, traffic fluctuations, algorithm updates, or removal due to quality/compliance.

Ownership, License & Republishing

• You retain copyright to your original work but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, edit, reproduce, distribute, promote, translate, and create derivative works across our platforms and partner channels.

• Submitted content may not be republished elsewhere without our written consent.

• We may update or remove published content at our discretion.

Legal Compliance & Disclosures

• You warrant your submission does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all laws and advertising standards (e.g., FTC/ASA guidelines).

• Sponsored and affiliate content must include clear disclosures. We may add or modify disclosures to ensure compliance.

Warranties, Indemnity & Liability

• You represent that all claims, data, and links provided are accurate and lawful.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, penalties, or fees arising from your content or links.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Data & Privacy

• We collect submission materials and contact details to process your request. We may share limited information with vendors (e.g., editors, compliance tools) for operational purposes.

Process & Materials

• Pitches are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, payment is required before drafting/editing/publishing.

• We reserve the right to decline or delay publication for any reason.

Network Scope & Partner Sites

• These terms apply across our entire network, including current and future partner sites.

• Cross-posting and syndication within our network may occur at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of submission/payment applies to that transaction. Continued submissions imply acceptance of updates.

Governing Law & Venue

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
